Linda Hogan the author of this website has been in the call center industry for 16 plus years working with clients in many facets. I wear several hats as a partner in a Telecom firm in addition to working directly with clients I am responsible for the internal operations of our organization as well, such as marketing and developing training for end users.
Working closely with many organizations has help me develop a thorough understanding of many different call center operations and while call centers have similarities each one that I have worked with has criteria specific to their call center.
My expertise is working with management to understand the metrics of the center and ways to improve efficiencies and effectiveness. I am available to work with companies on a consultative basis for organizations just starting out or assessing the needs of seasoned call centers.
The purpose of Call Center Tidbits is to highlight topics that are of interest to my readers and to review new technologies where feasible that I believe will bring measurable results to end users. We will also try to keep a running is of jobs as we find them throughout the industry.
